Witold Wiącek

Witold Wiącek is an advocate of the Kyiv City Bar Council and a partner at MLW Legal managing the Ukrainian Desk. He combines the experience of a practitioner and academic lecturer with a deep understanding of cross-border business dealings, which allows him to advise clients on the most demanding corporate, investment and wealth projects.

He specialises in commercial and corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, arbitration, private equity, venture capital and commercial law. He regularly advises on the structuring and negotiation of complex transactions, including projects carried out in a multi-jurisdictional environment. An important element of his practice is also tax optimisation advice in cross-border transactions and strategic support for private clients investing in corporate and real estate assets.

He appears as counsel before common courts and arbitral tribunals, conducting commercial disputes with an emphasis on protecting the client’s business interests, transaction security and the effective enforcement of rights.
